Our combi boiler stopped producing hot water. We had a heating engineer come out and condemned the boiler, saying nothing could be done and it had to be replaced. After being recommended Kindred by a friend we thought we would ask for a second opinion. Robin came out and was able to flush out the blocked heat exchanger, and replaced the pump. Three months on and it’s still working like new, great service! You guys have saved us ££££‘s. These gentlemen are true engineers and it was evident that they have a real passion for what they are doing.
My boiler had packed up on a Sunday and these guys came recommended to me after having tried a good 6 other local companies, they answered straight away. Explained they were on a local job and offered to come out that very day. Pretty much within the hour they were with me. Gave my boiler the once over and sorted the problem!
We had Paul round for a service on our boiler, which he not only did, but also solved an existing issue with our water pressure at no extra cost at all. We didn’t even ask, just mentioned it during conversation and just like that it was diagnosed and sorted, included as part of the service! Then more recently we had Robin round as an emergency style callout due to a flame loss and boiler not firing up. He diagnosed the problem in about 10 seconds, had the problem solved in 10 minutes and we were back up and running.
